A Little About Me

I am an Accredited Specialist in Family Law having been involved in the area since 1991. I can help you resolve your family law dispute today. 

My Expertise & Experience

I have been a Nationally Accredited Mediator since 2016. I am a Family Lawyer with over 31 years experience in family law. I became an Accredited Specialist in family law in 1999 and I am currently the Managing Director of Page Provan, a firm which has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Family and Divorce Law firm in Brisbane. I have represented numerous clients in family law matters throughout my career, mostly in property settlement and parenting disputes. I have had considerable experience in property settlement mediations.

Experience

I was admitted as a Solicitor in April 1991 after having completed Articles of Clerkship at what is now Corrs Chambers Westgarth. I have also had experience working in accounting firms in taxation and insolvency. I have practised exclusively in Family law since March 2002. My practice covers a full range of family law matters.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland. I have published a number of articles in the Queensland Law Society magazine, Proctor and presented at a number of QLS and Legalwise Seminars.
